Sullivan County Sheriff's Department arrested a man for threatening to blow up his mother's home. It happened on Blue Haven Drive Thursday morning. The victim said that 20 year old Dillon Turnmire appeared to have had an explosive device in his hand while making the threat. He left the home and was apprehended on John B. Dennis near Stone Drive. Kingsport and Johnson City bomb squads found three possible explosive devices inside the home. Charges in the case are pending. (jb)
