Scooter Libby's Voting Rights Restored
Former vice presidential adviser Scooter Libby is among more than 1,000 felons whose voting rights were restored in the past year by Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell. Libby is listed in an annual report on pardons and other forms of clemency the governor is required to file with the General Assembly.
