Suspect Will Plead, But Doesn't Like Sentence Offered A Mountain City man charged with vehicular homicide says he will plead guilty, but he doesn't like the sentence offered by the District Attorney. 50 year old David Billings is charged in a December 3, 2010 head on crash that killed 27 year old Tanya Martin. The crash happened on Bobby Hicks Highway in Gray. Billings admitted to police that he was drinking beer the day of the crash. The DA wants Billings to serve 10 years in prison. (jb)
