Johnson City police have charged a man with possession of a Schedule I drug. Officers arrested 24 year old Jarrod Anderson on an outstanding warrant out of Washington County. As they were searching him they found three white LSD blotter papers wrapped in tin foil. Anderson is being held in lieu of a 10 thousand dollar bond and will be in court today. (jb)
