Murder Trial Delay
There's a delay in the high profile murder trial of 21 year old Cody Russell in Johnson City. He's accused of killing his 62 year old grandmother, Frieda Russell. He's also alleged to have seriously stabbed his grandfather Clifford Russell. Results from a test trying to confirm the use of bath salts are not in. Cody Russell remains in the Washington County Detention Center under a 275 thousand dollar bond. Another trial date has been set for April. (jb)
