A Hawkins County teenager says that she has been the victim of sexual abuse by her uncle over the last four years. Detectives say that the girl told them that Billy Burton Blair Junior started giving her Lortabs when she was 12 years old. He is then alleged to have started asking for sexual favors. Blair admitted the contact in a statement he gave police. He was charged with incest and rape and is being held without bond in the Hawkins County Jail. (jb)
