A pickup crashed into a house on Bloomingdale Road Thursday afternoon. Kingsport police say that James Abbott was operating a Ford Ranger in the yard of a residence in the 1100 block. He hit a storage building before crashing into the lower level of the home. Abbott received minor injuries and was taken to Holston Valley Medical Center for treatment. (jb)
