Man Killed In Russell County Crash
A Thursday morning car crash has claimed the life of a Russell County, Virginia man. Virginia State Police say that 22 year old James Hess died when his SUV ran off of State Route 632. His vehicle landed on it's top in about 3 feet of water in a nearby creek. The accident happened just before 3:00 am. Hess was pronounced dead at the scene. (jb)
