A newly certified K-9 was able to nab some drugs after a traffic stop in Gate City. Two people were arrested after K-9 Nele alerted on marijuana, Oxycodone and Xanax. 40 year old Randall Hagan and 55 year old Brenda Couch, both from Kentucky were charged in the incident. (jb)
