A woman that works for a local cleaning service is facing charges of theft over one-thousand dollars after she was accused of taking from one of the homes she cleaned. 43-year-old Amy Leonard used her position at the cleaning service to enter the home. After Leonard was in the residence the owners noticed property had been taken from the residence and reported it to police. Leonard is currently held in the county detention center on a ten-thousand dollar bond with a hearing on Tuesday in session court in Jonesborough. (CC)
