The finance committee meeting of the Tennessee Board of Regents has yet to set a date for their review of the $125 annual tuition increase proposal to fund football at East Tennessee State University. TBR spokesperson Monica Watts says the committee is expected report back to the March 29th quarterly meeting of the Regents.
