Football Financing Still Up in the Air
The finance committee meeting of the Tennessee Board of Regents has yet to set a date for their review of the $125 annual tuition increase proposal to fund football at East Tennessee State University. TBR spokesperson Monica Watts says the committee is expected report back to the March 29th quarterly meeting of the Regents. The student government approved the funding proposal for the varsity sport but the final say for the school to returning to the football field would have to come from the Board of Regents.
