$1 Mil Bond Set for Pair Charged With Murder A late April preliminary hearing has been set for two men charged with first degree felony murder. 18-year-old Austin Scott Price and 22-year-old Samuel Wade Hirsch, appeared in court for arraignment yesterday in Hawkins County where Judge J. Todd Ross appointed attorneys for the men and set their bond at $1 million each. The men are accused of beating and stabbing Roger Hawkins to steal his pain medication. Hawkins was a disabled veteran.
