Domestic Altercation Leads to Shots Fired
A Johnson City woman has been arrested after police say she took a gun and used it to shoot into her own home. Officers reported to East Chilhowie Avenue where officers say a domestic altercation took place between two residents. That caused 51-year-old Alison Albritton to fire three rounds into her own home. Those bullets come close to hitting two victims inside the home. Albritton then left her house. Officers caught her on Interstate twenty-six. She now faces two counts Aggravated assault under the domestic violence law. Albritton was arrested and placed on a 50-thousand dollar bond. (CC)
