Drug Arrest For Want To Be Politician
Two time Hawkins County political loser, Justin Allen Housewright was arrested on a dead-end street near the Holston River close to Rogersville, earlier this week. Housewright was allegedly shooting up the strong painkiller Opana with friends in a car checked by deputies. The Church Hill man finished 5th in a 5 way race for a County Commission seat in 2008 in the 3rd District General Election. Two other people were arrested with Housewright. All will be arraigned Monday. Bond has been set at $15,000 on a variety of drug related charges.(CS)
