A Scott County jury has recommended life in prison for Bristol Tennessee man convicted of the 2011 Christmas murder and robbery of Gregory Jerome Hale. Commonwealth's attorney Marcus McClung reacted the jury's recommendation following the conviction the three day trial Judge John Kilgore led the final say on sentencing the case.
