Both Sides Rest in Delgato Trial
Jury was sent home Tuesday evening and the Juan Poncho Delgato murder trial in Jonesborough. They will return Wednesday morning to hear final final arguments, jury instructions and begin deliberation in the Johnson City murder case. Delgado is accused of the stabbing and arson death of Robert Curtis in 2006. Judge Robert Cupp is expected to advise the jury charges could go as low as manslaughter if that is their feeling.
