Alcohol Fuels Domestic Dispute
Last night, a domestic situation in Rogersville led to two car crashes, a hospital visit and a jail cell. Police say Enrique Santos broke up with his girlfriend on Wednesday night and assaulted her as the split happened. Thursday night, her son, Robert Brandon Morelock wanted to make sure Santos left for good. Fueled with alcohol, Santos became angry and rammed Morelock’s vehicle pusing it through a fence into a field. Santos then drove away, but crashed his car about a mile and a half later. Santos was treated at Hawkins County Memorial Hospital for head and neck pain and was then booked on numerous charges. He’ll be arraigned Monday.
