Victims Identified in I-77 Wrecks
Virginia State Police have identified the three victims of a chain-reaction crash involving nearly 100 vehicles along a mountainous, foggy stretch of Interstate 77. The victims were identified Monday as 33-year-old William M. Sosebee of Allen, Ky., 71-year-old Kathern Worley of Iron Station, N.C., and 24-year-old Andrew Katbi of Delphos, Ohio.
