Rural school money payback
Virginia Congressman Morgan Griffith says he is upset that the President is in his words demanding a repayment of money issued by the government to rural schools. Griffith says it will not only have a negative impact on education, but wonders why schools should have to return money already allocated to them.. He says that money is used for things like teacher and resource officer pay. (CC)
