Early voting begins for the municipal elections in Johnson City Wednesday morning. Washington County Election Registrar Maybell Stewart says city election voter turnouts are normally light but there are a lot of people that will have the chance to vote if they want to this year.Close to 38 thousand voters are eligible for the April 23 election. Political activity has been low-key with no single controversial issue becoming a focal point for the April 23 election. Early voting will be permitted from April 3 through the 18th. (CS)
