Second Harvest Contest
Second Harvest Food bank is competing for a second year in order to get money to help then feed needy children. The competition is sponsored by Wal-Mart and you can help…all you need to do is log on to Facebook…like the page and keep clicking daily to help the food bank win. Rhonda Chaffin is director of Second Harvest… Chaffin says if they get the forty-five thousand dollars the money will be used for the backpack program….it sends a bag of food home with a child every other week to help curb hunger in children who may not have resources or access to food.
