Noland Says Arts Center Priority
With all the publicity surrounding the return of football...ETSU President Dr. Brian Noland doesn't want the public to get confused...education is still the focus of the university and the priority is not sports but the new center for performing arts... Dr. Noland and former President Dr. Paul Stanton are currently raising funds for the Arts center. Those funds will be matched by the state to complete the new facility. (CC)
