Katie Cash Fraud
A Johnson City woman is facing forty-six counts of identity theft after she is accused of making fake loans at her job. Charlotte Ard was an employee of Katie Cash on North Roan Street . During an audit at the business it was discovered that someone was using client information to create customer fraudulent loans. Forty-six of those loans were discovered and almost 20-thousand dollars was missing from the business because of those loans. Ard is held on a 20-thousand dollar bond and faces theft of property over 10-thousand dollars as well as the identity theft charges. (CC)
