JC Police Arrest Murder Suspect
Johnson City police have made an arrest in a first degree murder case. Timothy Peregoy was found shot on a sidewalk on Nathaniel Avenue, police say by Marcus Gergish. The death was apparently related to a drug deal. Police say another person was involved in the shooting, but as of right now, has not been arrested. Gergish is currently in jail under a $100,000 bond and will appear in court this morning.
