Accused Murderer Asks for Court Appointed Attorney
The man accused of killing Johnson City resident Timothy Peregory, Sr. was arraigned in court on Thursday. Marcus Gergish, a 14-time filed an affidavit of indigency requesting a court appointed attorney and has a preliminary hearing set for next Thursday.
