Wise Co. Child Dies From ATV Crash
A nine-year-old Wise County Virginia child is been killed in an ATV accident near pound. Sheriff Ronnie Oakes says the family does not want the name of the child released to the media. The body of the child and wrecked ATV were found by a bloodhound from the Sheriff Department Wednesday afternoon. Wise County schools are on spring break and according to the Sheriff counselors will be provided for school personnel, family, and friends of the unidentified nine-year-old victim.
