Kingsport Construction
Tipton Construction Company has started two major water line replacement projects in the model city. Construction work will impact Warpath Dr., Konnarock Road and itís intersection with Ft. Henry Drive. Work will continue along the entire length of Truxton Drive from West Stone to Lynn Garden Drive. The projects are expected last at least five months. Construction will generally be taking place from 7 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday as well. Work in intersections will be done in the evening hours starting at 9 PM. City officials say the project should be wrapped up by the end of August.
