TN unemployment mistakes
A state audit shows Tennessee has been paying unemployment to people who arenít qualified. Two-dozen employees of the state were getting benefits as well as seven people who are deceased. The errors have cost the state over ten thousand dollars since July of 2011. Eighteen of those state employees were fraudulently getting benefits while others got benefits that overlapped with their hiring. They say all seven of the families of the deceased were fraudulent in keeping the benefits. The state is trying to recoup the money. (CC)
