Charges Placed Against Parents With Dirty Home
A sad story out of Kingsport as investigators found a child living in disturbing conditions. Responding to a disturbance call, police found the home of Robert and Crystal Fortin filled with roaches, bugs and animal feces. Their son told police he kept paper in his ears to keep the bugs out. The couple has been charged with child abuse and neglect after Robert Fortin claimed he couldn’t clean because he has a job.
