Washington County Sheriff Fred Newman says Donald Wayne Russell was arrested while trying to steal over $2,000 worth of merchandise from the Bristol, VA Wal-Mart. A search of his vehicle yielded a one-pot methamphetamine lab and methamphetamine precursors.
