Children Found Living With An Infestation Of Insects
31 year old Hayley Brooke Hamilton of Old Union Road at Church Hill was arraigned in Hawkins County Sessions Court on child neglect & endangerment. As the mother of a toddler who nearly died from her failure to secure her medication, Hamilton also failed to maintain a fit residence for children. Investigators discovered three small filthy children living with an infestation of insects where they were seen crawling on them, the food and the dishes. Hamilton was released on a one thousand dollar bond. (bg)
