Unicoi Inmate Fire
An inmate from Unicoi County jail is facing more trouble after he set fire to a jail cell. 26-year-old Jerry Blevins is charged with felony arson, felony recklessness and sixteen counts of felony reckless endangerment for the inmates on the cell block when the fire was set. Sprinklers did help to extinguish the fire but that led to flooding in both the jail and the communication center offices. (CC)
