Teenager Ruled Competent Face Murder Charges
Savannah Napier, a teenager who helped her mother murder her father had a brief appearance in court yesterday. Napier was ruled competent to stand trial as she faces one count of first-degree murder for her alleged role in the March 2012 shooting of her father, Billy Ray Napier. (JH)
