Child Abuse
One local law enforcement officer says the rates of reported child abuse is a little higher in his area, and that is thanks to great support staff that work with the local children says Bristol Virginia police chief William Price… Chief Price says a lot of the cases he sees comes from families that have some form of drug problem in the home.
