Child Abuse
One local law enforcement officer says the rates of reported child abuse is a little higher in his area. Bristol, Virginia Police Chief William Price says that is thanks to great support staff that work with local children. He also says a lot of the cases he sees comes from families that have some form of drug problem in the home. (CC)
