Kingsport Police Quickly Recover Missing Bobcat
Johnny Linebaugh must have been thinking big when he took a Bobcat utility cart. Officers started investigating after a construction supervisor at the Aquatic Center construction site reported the Bobcat 200D as stolen. The utility cart was valued at over 8-thousand dollars. The Criminal Investigations Division of the Kingsport Police Department recovered the missing property then arrested and charged Linebaugh with theft over 1-thousand dollars. (bg)
