Yard Sale Bandit
A Kingsport man called police and said items from his home had been stolen and were being sold in a yard sale next door. Officers responded to 1223 Bell Ridge Drive which is located next to the victimís property where the yard sale was taking place. Detectives spoke to Megan Knapp who admitted to taking the items from the victimís property. As a result she was arrested and charged with Burglary and Theft over $500. (JH)
