Unmarked police car robbed
Several items have been stolen out of an unmarked police car belonging to a Sullivan County detective. The car was parked in front of the officer’s home…he lives in the Kingsport city limits. Taken out of the car were two bulletproof vests…one has sheriff across the front…handcuffs, a GPS system…a forty caliber Glock with an extra magazine and a Lieutenant badge. Kingsport police is leading the investigation anyone with information can also contact Sullivan County Sheriff’s office. (CC)
