Two-Time Neglect
A Johnson City man is a two-time loser at keeping his child safe. 21-yer-old Jason Peters of Ingleside Terrace is charged with abuse and neglect after his three-year-old child is found alone. It turns out this is not the first time Peters has faced the same charge. In September of 2012 the child was found outside of the residence wandering around. Neighbors called police at that time and police found Peters in possession of drug paraphernalia and an open knife that could be hazardous to the child. Peters was arrested on a $1,000 bond. (CC)
