Sex Offender Indicted by Grand Jury
A Church Hill man remains in jail without bond this morning for trying to solicit a child for sex. David Randall Snapp is charged with one count of using a communication device to solicit sex from a child under the age of 15. He was indicted by a Washington County, VA grand jury for that crime, as well as one count of attempting to expose his genitals to a child. (JH)
