Tennessee U-S Congressman Phil Roe, from Johnson City, supports CISPA, the Internet Security Act. But, Roe says the decision was not an easy one because he voted against the Patriot Act and against the National Defense Authorization Act because of habeaus corpus rights. Roe says the increasing number of cyber attacks makes it critical to take action now. He says America is at war right now with hundreds of thousands of cyber attacks lauched against us by the Russians, the Chinese and Iran. Roe says an estimated 300 to 400 billion dollars of intellectual property is stolen each year. Congressman Roe said he expects cyber attacks to become the number one threat against our country. (SH)
