Preliminary Hearing for Johnson City Shooter
Marcus Gergish, the man accused in the April 3rd shooting of Timothy Peregoy, Sr., had preliminary hearing yesterday. The 34-year old is charged with felony first degree murder. Gergish remains jailed on $100,000 bond. He’ll be back in court on July 22nd. (JH)
