Murder Case Bound Over to Grand Jury
The murder case of Roger Hawkins has been bound over to a grand jury. 18-year old Austin Scott Price and 22-year old Samuel “Wade” Hirsh are charged with beating and stabbing the disabled military veteran over drugs. After testimony at their preliminary hearing, Judge J. Todd Moss ordered the first-degree murder charge over to the Hawkins County Grand Jury and kept the men on their $1 million bond. (JH)
