He wreaked havoc along Milligan Highway early Friday morning, now Stewart Peppers is dead. He was being held on numerous charges after holding a gun on somebody, breaking out a car window and carrying drugs. The Washington County Sheriff’s office says the 22-year old was taken to the hospital by ambulance late yesterday afternoon where he later died. No foul play is suspected, but the case is being investigated by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. (JH)
