Another budget workshop will be held Tuesday night. The 6 pm meeting will include the Mount Carmel Board of Mayor and Aldermen. The proposed budget is still well over a hundred thousand dollars but mostly due to the purchase of a new tractor and boom. Three thousand dollars has already been cut from the police departmentís budget affecting office supplies and postage.
