Former Pastor's Request Denied by Judge
Judge Jerry Beck denied a former pastorís request for judicial diversion. Anthony Adinolfi was hoping to not serve jail time for asking a 16-year old girl to have sex with him. Adinolfi entered an Alford plea to the charge of soliciting aggravated statutory rape. Judge Beck sentenced him to 11 months, 29 days for each of the two charges. The former pastor will be eligible for parole in about three months, but currently remains free on bond during his appeal process. (JH)
