Theft at Party
Johnson City police say 32-year-old Stephen Brobeck is probably not the kind of guest you want at your next get-together. Police arrested Brobeck on charges that he stole several items valued at over 10-thousand dollars while a guest at a social function. Police say Brobeck did admit to stealing the items and told them he sold the items. Brobeck is in the county detention center under a 10-thousand dollar bond. (CC)
