Man On Probation Arrested Again for Beating His Fiance
A Johnson City man is scheduled to appear in court today for beating up his fiancé. Police found the victim with a laceration to the head, a bruised face and a swollen shoulder. 28-year old Moses Ballard was arrested for Domestic Aggravated Assault. He’s no stranger to jail. In 2011, Ballard was convicted for a shooting Michael Gaitor at Big G’s nightclub. Ballard was released from jail for that crime in January and granted probation. (JH)
