Homicide Plea
In a plea agreement that allows for his prison sentences to run concurrently a man from Mountain City has plead guilty to vehicular homicide in a 2010 crash on Bobby Hicks Highway in Gray. 50-year-old David A. Billings crashed head-on after he had been drinking. 27-year-old Tanya K. Martin was killed and her 6-year-old child injured in the accident. Billings has no prior convictions and could be considered for probation up to ten years. The judge has not set his date for sentencing yet. (CC)
