Homicide Plea
In a plea agreement that allows for his prison sentences to run concurrently a man from Mountain City has plead guilty to vehicular homicide in a 2010 crash on Bobby Hicks Highway in Gray. 50-year-old David A. Billings crashed head-on after he had been drinking. 27-year-old Tanya K. Martin was killed and her 6-year-old child injured in the accident.
