Attempted Murder Charges Dropped
Three people accused of trying to kill a Washington County, Tennessee deputy have heard their verdict. The jury dropped the attempted first degree murder charge against Reginald Smith, Ashley McGraw and Dalvin Stephens. The trio will be sentenced on June 10th for guilty verdicts of two counts of attempted aggravated robbery and one count of reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. (JH)
